This [FEBRUARY] is an undeniably beautiful album. I Burn with its simple and effective minimalistic acoustic guitar showcases Quinn’s heartfelt lyric complemented with effective effervescent backing vocal.”

Neil Hodge — Louder Than War

The albums show that Mulligan’s orchestration thrives equally within psychedelic rock and traditional folk, without either context ever being allowed to displace the vulnerable clarity of his words. He is an artist who refuses to hide behind obscurity or irony.”

QUINN HENRY MULLIGAN self released twelve albums, one every month,  in 2018 through his website www.quinnhenrymulligan.com.

As 2017 was coming to an end QUINN HENRY MULLIGAN found himself at a cross roads. With Fanno Creek, his popular Portland band, broken up, a job he hated, and no immediate prospects one thing scared him more than anything else: how long it had been since he'd written a song. "What if I'm not a musician anymore?" He asked his brother one drunken night on their front porch — as you do in Portland in the middle of December. His twin brother, filmmaker Finley Mulligan, made him a bet. "If you record one album, every month, I'll produce 'em."

Well he fuckin' did.

Neil Hodge of LOUDER  THAN WAR said of February “This is an undeniably beautiful album.” Ethan Martin of Eleven PDX Magazine wrote “The albums show that Mulligan’s orchestration thrives equally within psychedelic rock and traditional folk, without either context ever being allowed to displace the vulnerable clarity of his words. He is an artist who refuses to hide behind obscurity or irony.”

Quinn Henry Mulligan is an artist who's harmony rich, hard-hitting and honest music has the rare ability to drift between brooding folk, psychedelic electronica and down and dirty rock and roll. His prolific catalogue is a testament to what he truly is: a songwriter.
